Discussion involving a 2023 approved drainage permit on land owned by Chris Nebelsick described as NW1/4 of the NE1/4 in Section 32, T 103 N, R 60, NW1/4 of the NW1/4 in Section 32, T 103 N, R 60, & NE1/4 of the NW1/4, except Lots A & B of M. and S. Miiller’s First Addition in Section 32, T 103 N, R 60, all in Davison County, South Dakota and land owned by Jeff Terveen, an abutting landowner, described as S1/2 of the NW1/4 & S1/2 of the NE1/4, all in Section 32, T 103 N, R 60 in Davison County, South Dakota.
