5. That Steve Bury has appealed to the Davison County Planning Commission to recommend granting a variance in lot size. He would divide the 2.61 acre lot into two (2) lots and construct a new residence. This request is pursuant to Section 515 of the Davison County Zoning Ordinance as adopted on 4/1/98 and as subsequently amended. The minimum lot required is 25 acres and will not be met. The property is legally described as LOT B in the SE¼ of Section 23, T 103 N, R 61 W, Beulah Township, Davison County, South Dakota.
6. That James Johnson has appealed to the Davison County Planning Commission to recommend granting a conditional use to expand a feedlot to 999 animal units. He was denied a building permit pursuant to Section 507.3 of the Davison County Zoning Ordinance as adopted on 4/1/98 and as subsequently amended. The number of animal units is over 499 and requires a conditional use. The property is legally described as the NW ¼ Ex N1/2 of Section 18, T 104 N, R 62 W, Blendon Township, Davison County, South Dakota.
7. That Paul Muth has appealed to the Davison County Planning Commission to recommend granting a variance in set back of 10’(ft) to the lot line located southwest of the new structure. This request is pursuant to Section 613 of the Davison County Zoning Ordinance as adopted on 4/1/98 and as subsequently amended. A survey was completed and indicated the required 25’(ft) will not be met. The property is legally described as the LOT 1 IN THE SE ¼ OF THE SE ¼ of Section 13, T 103 N, R 60 W, Mitchell Township, Davison County, South Dakota.
