required to give a urine specimen after the booking process. If a

/ School release will be denied.
You will be charged the fee of $25.00 for the test. This is payable at
the time of the test
.
WORK / SCHOOL RELEASE
If authorized by the court, there is a separate information packet to
complete prior to participating in these programs. Plan your jail check
in time at least 24 hours prior to your next shift to allow time to
complete packet and drug testing. There is a fee of $15.00 per jail day,
charged for work release inmates.

INMATE DAILY FEE
Davison County inmates serving a sentence (non-work release) will be
charged $10.00 per jail day. If this fee is not paid during your
sentence, collection proceedings will begin upon your release.

SENTENCE SERVING
Jail time is computed in 24 hour periods. So, as an example, if you
check into jail on Friday at 5:00 PM, then Saturday at 5:00 PM would
complete 1 day. If you work on the day you complete your sentence, and
you have not been authorized work release, check into jail early enough
the first day to be released prior to your shift, as you will not be
released earlier.

INMATE RULES AND REGULATIONS
You will receive a handbook outlining the rules governing your day to day
life in our jail. Be familiar with these rules as everyone is expected
to follow them. Disciplinary measures are possible for rule infractions.

VEHICLES

All inmate vehicles must be parked in the west parking lot. The jail will
need a description of your vehicle.
