Davison County Meeting Hall & Activities Center Rental Rates

* NOTE:  Requests will not be processed until Scheduling Fees are received!

The rates for the facility are divided by two (2) schedules.
Schedule A is for private, non-profit, no admission events.
Schedule B is for events selling items, charging admission or renting booth space.

(On events where booth space is charged, the county will access a fee of 10% of the cost for each booth.)

Facility Related Additional Charges
Schedule A
  • Rentals including meetings, social events, exhibitor or livestock shows, etc.
  • No admission is charged and no product or service is sold.
Schedule B
  • Rentals including social events, exhibitor and livestock sales, auctions, etc.
  • Admission is charged, collection taken or any product or service is sold.
Vendor Booth Charge
  • A rate of 10% of the cost of booth rent shall be placed upon every booth the renter of the facility rents/sublets space to.
   
Wood Chips
  • Wood Chips are not supplied. You must obtain your own.
Arena Charge:
  • $100.00 (Use of Arena & Pens)
  Note:  Renter is responsible for Set-up and Tear-down / Clean-up of arena and pens. County Staff will be on hand to supervise if necessary. Livestock Maintenance & Utility Charge:
Sales & Shows:
  • $2.00/head/day for beef, dairy, horse
  • $1.00/head/day swine & sheep
Maintenance Charge
(if not performed by renter):
  • $75.00 Each Building/Day
  • $150.00 Entire Facility/Day
Noon Meeting Rate:
  • 50% of 4 Hour Rate / Room
